You know, Lisa, you have over 4000 awesome feedback comments. I would
not worry about one idiot or two who don't know 1) how Ebay works, 2)
the size of a 1/4 tsp and 3) the ones who aren't smart enough to use
email to let you know what colours they want. Take it with a grain of
salt and think about all of the customers who absolutely *LOVE* your
customer service and the amount of work that you put into what it is
that you do for us.
