Hi JoDee! Welcome to our group!! Thank you so much for your help! I think at this point she is probably going to leave me a negative at all costs too. I try to avoid those like the plague. ;) It sucks when you get bad feedback that is completely unfair. Especially the one you received from someone who broke their item, then you refunded their money. =( People can be so mean sometimes. Thanks again! Lisa =)

Personally at this point she is probably going to leave you a negative no matter what. If she is going to send or as she stated has sent them back to you I would decide if you are going to refund her money. If not then I would send her an e-mail regarding the policy you have and just sit tight. I have sold on ebay for years. I had three people who were like her and in fact left me negatives over stupid items. The first negative I received was after I refunded the cost of an item that was dropped after the lady opened the package and I should have never refunded her money. She wanted me to refund the cost of the item if she was to go out and replace which was twice was she paid for it.
