Hi Bliss! I know that if you look at my feedback it seems really silly to get so upset. But I really am the type of person that wants every single person I sell to to be pleased. Ya know? It's silly, but I just can't convince myself that you just can not please everyone. I go through this every few months or so where I run into two or three really mean people in one week and it just throws me out of my game, KWIM. Thanks so much Bliss! You know, Lisa, you have over 4000 awesome feedback comments. I would
not worry about one idiot or two who don't know 1) how Ebay works, 2)
the size of a 1/4 tsp and 3) the ones who aren't smart enough to use
email to let you know what colours they want. Take it with a grain of
salt and think about all of the customers who absolutely *LOVE* your
customer service and the amount of work that you put into what it is
that you do for us.
