glad you got the spoons. if you decide you want more just let me know. i have quite a few left.
yeah, iowa is up there, especially if you're in texas. :-) there is nothing in iowa...the whole state is just kind of there...sitting in the middle of the country with nothing. we have zero pro sports teams, concerts never come here, we have no zoos, the only amusement park in the state is a joke, there are no great stores (just the ones that are in basically every mall in the country), we have two airports (the one closest to me is so small that it only has about 10 gates total and if you haven't caught an outgoing flight by 6 or 7 pm you're stuck until the next morning. you have to keep in mind i grew up near cincinnati so i had the cincinnati zoo, king's island amusement park, the cincinnati reds and the bengals, and nobody who is anybody does a concert tour without stopping in cincinnati. moving here was a RUDE awakening and then i met my husband so i had to stay.
dang it, the state of iowa should pay for me to go to a BE store if for nothing else than i've stayed in this stupid state for 13 years. :-)

ROFL...OMG! My first thought was "where is Iowa, anyway?". Too funny...it's "up there, thata way". Don't be jealous....El Paso is not that exciting. We get ignored by the rest of the state of Texas. I swear, New Mexico ought to just annex us, or Mexico for that matter! ROFL! We do have some KICK-BUTT Mexican food though. And one day, I'll find a little Mexican grandma to teach me how to cook it.
Oh...I got my spoon things today! Thanks so much!!!
Hugs,
Donna

okay you texas gals! now i have to be jealous of you guys too. why isn't iowa closer to texas?! i have to drive to either minneapolis (five and a half hours) or chicago (four hours) to go to a be store. with gas prices the way they are and my spending habits lately i've put that trip on the back burner.
